3、splineandfleasplineasanobjectivefunctiontobeminimized.Duringtheprocedureofoptimization,thebasicideaofthehybridgeneticalgorithmisconstructe,andthebasicprocedureofthehybridgeneticalgorithmiscompiled.Thehybridgeneticalgorithmusedintheparameteroptimizationofharmonicgeardri

5、newgeardrivesdevelopedinthepastdecades,consistedofflexspline,circularsplineandwavegenerator,andittransfersmovementbasedontheelasticdeformationofharmonicgear.Althoughthedesignedharmonicgearcanmeettherequirementswiththetraditionaldesignmethod,thedesignparametersarenotalw
6、aysthemostreasonable.Moreover,thedesignefficiencyislowbutdesigncostishigh.Inordertomaketheharmonicgeartechnologyappliedwidely,someimprovementsshouldbemade.Themainproblemsexistedinharmonicgeardriveare:(1)interferenceingearengagement,suchastheoverlapinterferenceofprofile
7、andtransitioncurveinterference,whichareduetoimproperselectionofthesizeparameters;(2)thefatiguefailureofflexsplinecausedbytorsionstressandlargebendingstress;(3)largestartingtorque,highcalorificvalueofdeviceandhightransmissionratiolimitetc.Tosolvetheseproblems,itisnecess
