8、法對提取工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并對最佳工業(yè)條件下提取的吊瓜籽油脂肪酸進(jìn)行了氣相色譜分析。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明最佳提取工藝參數(shù)為:當(dāng)以石油醚提取液時,料液比為1:
