7、1參考文獻(xiàn)·························································································11致謝·································································································13Ⅰ[摘要]吊瓜具有重要的食用和藥用價(jià)值,同時(shí)吊瓜籽還是優(yōu)質(zhì)的油料作物。本論文通過微波輔助提取的方法對(duì)吊瓜籽中的吊瓜籽油進(jìn)行提取研究。運(yùn)用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)、正交試驗(yàn)

8、法對(duì)提取工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并對(duì)最佳工業(yè)條件下提取的吊瓜籽油脂肪酸進(jìn)行了氣相色譜分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明最佳提取工藝參數(shù)為:當(dāng)以石油醚提取液時(shí),料液比為1:
