1、石河子大學(xué)動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文墾區(qū)豬肺炎支原體P97基因的檢測(cè)院(系):動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院專(zhuān)業(yè):動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)號(hào):2010513200姓名:張延浩指導(dǎo)教師:李劭(副教授)石河子2014.6為了解石河子墾區(qū)豬肺炎支原體P97基因的遺傳變異情況,采集石河子部分規(guī)模化豬場(chǎng)的豬支原體肺炎疑似病料,采用PCR方法對(duì)疑似病料進(jìn)行了黏附基因P97的檢測(cè),將PCR產(chǎn)物測(cè)序并與Genbank已登錄的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株序列進(jìn)行同源性分析。結(jié)果顯示:75份病變肺臟中,陽(yáng)性病料43份,陽(yáng)性率為57.33%(43/75),P97基因序列與參考菌株的同源性為9
