1、摘要隨著信息化建設(shè)的逐步深入，利用現(xiàn)有的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)建立一套高效、靈活、功能強(qiáng)大的管理系統(tǒng)迫在眉睦。近兒年我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)火爆發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭，對(duì)房產(chǎn)信息的需求也逐漸加大，而屮介公司卻冇很大的缺陷：昂貴的中介費(fèi),、信息的局限性等等。因此借助Internet這個(gè)強(qiáng)大的平臺(tái)，開發(fā)一個(gè)房產(chǎn)租賃系統(tǒng)具有很大的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，人們可以方便快捷的找到中意的住房，而房主也叮容易的將自己的房產(chǎn)信息發(fā)布到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上。針對(duì)房產(chǎn)租賃的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的要求而開發(fā)，將通過對(duì)房產(chǎn)租賃方面的功能分析、需求分析，進(jìn)行房產(chǎn)租賃管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的房產(chǎn)租賃管理系統(tǒng)客戶注冊(cè)模塊、客戶會(huì)員管理模塊、房產(chǎn)信息管
2、理模塊、房產(chǎn)租賃業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊、客戶留言模塊等內(nèi)容。第一章緒論主要介紹了該系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目背景和課題意義等內(nèi)容。第二章是對(duì)所用技術(shù)的相關(guān)介紹。第三章分析了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)。第四章結(jié)合具體的要求對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的需求分析，著重介紹了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。第五章對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，介紹各功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況。最后介紹了開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的心得體會(huì)和不足之處。關(guān)鍵詞：房產(chǎn)租賃管理系統(tǒng)，.NET,SQLServer2005ABSTRACTWiththegradualdeepeningofinformationtechnologytheuseofexistingcomputertechnologytobuildan
