2、波焙燒高鈦渣制備人造金紅石工藝進(jìn)行了中試研究。采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)安排了中試實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了放大準(zhǔn)則,確定了放大參數(shù),同時(shí)考察了原料粒度、煅燒溫度和通氧量等工藝條件對(duì)微波焙燒高鈦渣的影響。結(jié)果表明:微波焙燒時(shí)間是決定高鈦渣氧化程度的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。當(dāng)高鈦渣處理量為120kg/h,微波焙燒時(shí)間為4h時(shí),最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為原料粒度275m,焙燒溫度950℃,通氧量0.557m/h,在此條件下高鈦渣的氧化率可以達(dá)到91%。關(guān)鍵詞:微波焙燒;高鈦渣;中試;人造金紅石;放大參數(shù)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TF19文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:Adoi:10.3969
