5、mCLCnumber:S514.035.3Doc唧entcode:AArticle:2095—1191(2012)02—0155—05甜高梁組培苗生根培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)化葛玉紅,謝鴻鍇,韓佳宇(廣西大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,南寧530005)摘要:【目的】優(yōu)化能源作物甜高粱組培苗的生根培養(yǎng)體系,為遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化奠定基礎(chǔ)?!痉椒ā坷貌煌九囵B(yǎng)基(MS、1/2MS)對組培苗生根的影響進(jìn)行篩選試驗(yàn),得到較有利于生根的基本培養(yǎng)基;在最佳培養(yǎng)基中添加不同濃度的植物激素(IBA、NAA、ABT),綜合根的質(zhì)量、生根率、生根時(shí)間、生根苗的長勢等篩選最佳生根培養(yǎng)基配方?!窘Y(jié)果】篩選出最佳生根培養(yǎng)基組合:北甜三號(BT
6、3)為1/2Ms+2.Omg,LIBA,遼甜三號(LT3)為1/2MS+3.0mg/LIBA,且根粗、苗壯,兩品種的生根率存在差異。此外,未加激素的Ms和1/2Ms培養(yǎng)基均無組培苗生根?!窘Y(jié)論】在1/2Ms上添加2.om璣IBA或3.0m∥LIBA分別為北甜三號、遼甜三號組培苗生根的最佳途徑。關(guān)鍵詞:甜高粱;組培苗生根;優(yōu)化;植物激素;基本培養(yǎng)基Sweetsorghumiswjdelyconsjderedasoneofthemostoutstandingenergycrop.Itsphotosyntheticefficiencyis2or3“meshigherthanthat
