2、和2一N,N一二乙氨基乙基乙酸酯)對(duì)大豆產(chǎn)量、性狀及某些生理指標(biāo)和籽粒內(nèi)部貯藏物質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的影響。結(jié)果表明,在大豆發(fā)育的不同時(shí)期噴施調(diào)節(jié)劑,使其產(chǎn)量和性狀比對(duì)照組有顯著提高。某些理化指標(biāo)也相應(yīng)提高,其中硝酸稀土對(duì)大豆籽粒的蛋白質(zhì)和脂肪含量提高效果最明顯。調(diào)節(jié)劑對(duì)大豆貯藏細(xì)胞的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)也產(chǎn)生影響,在鼓粒期使大豆籽粒細(xì)胞中的貯藏物質(zhì)含量增加,蛋白質(zhì)體形狀增大。研究可為調(diào)節(jié)劑對(duì)大豆生長(zhǎng)影響及農(nóng)作物種植推廣提供一些理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆;植物生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)荊;生理指標(biāo);顯微結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):$565.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1005—9369(2013)04
