1、第31卷第4期大豆科學(xué)Vo1.31No.420l2年8月S0YBEANSCIENCEAug.2012野生大豆、半野生大豆和栽培大豆對苗期干旱脅迫的生理反應(yīng)紀(jì)展波,蒲偉鳳,李桂蘭,喬亞科,張敏(河北科技師范學(xué)院植物細(xì)胞工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室,河北昌黎066600)摘要:以野生、半野生和栽培大豆為材料,在旱棚盆栽條件下進(jìn)行苗期干旱脅迫試驗(yàn)。對葉綠素含量、光合速率、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、相對電導(dǎo)率、可溶性糖(WSS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、過氧化物酶(POD)活性、過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性進(jìn)行測定。結(jié)果表明,在干旱脅迫
2、下,葉綠素含量、光合速率、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量及SOD活性表現(xiàn)為野生大豆>半野生大豆>栽培大豆;而丙二醛含量、相對電導(dǎo)率、POD活性則表現(xiàn)為野生大豆<半野生大豆<栽培大豆。干旱脅迫下不同類型材料各生理指標(biāo)與正常供水條件相比都發(fā)生不同程度的變化,葉綠素含量、光合速率降幅為野生大豆<半野生大豆<栽培大豆;脯氨酸含量增幅為野生大豆>半野生大豆>栽培大豆;而丙二醛(MDA)含量、相對電導(dǎo)率、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性增幅變化順序?yàn)橐吧蠖?半野生大豆<栽培大豆。在干旱脅迫下,野生大豆、半野生大豆和栽培大豆的生理指標(biāo)發(fā)生顯
