2、A組);不同Rg3濃度藥物組:2.5mg/kg(B組)、5mg/kg(C組)和10mg/kgRg3(D組);Rg3和順鉑聯(lián)用組(E組);順鉑陽性對照組(F組)。分別從裸鼠體重、轉(zhuǎn)移瘤體積變化及相對腫瘤增殖率、淋巴細胞轉(zhuǎn)化實驗和NK細胞活性檢測觀察各組情況。結果:給藥6天后,F(xiàn)組裸鼠體重呈顯著下降(P<0.05),E組體重呈極顯著下降(P<0.01)。E組給藥6天后,荷瘤裸鼠的瘤體積顯著下降,作用明顯強于Rg3C組和F組。D組12天后與A組比較瘤體積顯著下降。Rg35mg/kg腹腔注射給藥對小鼠脾細胞NK活性有顯著的增強作用(P<0.05)。各劑量Rg3腹腔注
3、射給藥對LPS誘導的小鼠B淋巴細胞增殖能力無顯著影響(P>0.05)。結論:人參皂苷Rg3聯(lián)合順鉑作用于荷卵巢癌裸鼠比兩者單獨用藥具有更強的抑制腫瘤的作用。一定濃度的Rg3能刺激荷瘤裸鼠NK細胞的活性,提高機體免疫功能。卵巢癌應用化療的同時聯(lián)合應用Rg3可能會增效解毒、保護機體免疫功能的作用。關鍵詞:人參皂苷Rg3;卵巢腫瘤;裸鼠;順鉑中圖分類號:R737.31文獻標志碼:A文章編號:1673-7717(2014)09—2192-04EfectofGinsenosideRg3CombinedwithCisplanonTransplantedHumanHigh
