2、行為信息和是否接受過干預服務等問卷調(diào)查，并采血進行HIV和梅毒抗體的檢測，同時采集宮頸分泌物進行相關性病病原體檢測。結(jié)果接受檢查的225名暗娼中，有90名至少感染一種性病病原體，檢出率為40.00%，HIV未檢出。在國家要求監(jiān)測的5種性病中，本文均進行了調(diào)查，其感染率分別為:淋病7.56%、梅毒3.56%、生殖道沙眼衣原體感染18.67%、尖銳濕疣11.56%、生殖器皰疹0.00%。結(jié)論中低檔場所的暗娼性傳播疾病感染嚴重。對暗娼進行有針對性的健康教育及性病等相關知識宣傳、干預是有效遏制性病艾滋病在該人群中傳播的根本措施。關鍵詞:暗娼;性病;檢測中圖分
