1、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合肝病雜志2014年第24卷第4期·239·doi:10.3969/j.issn.1005-0264.2014.04.016丹參對(duì)暴發(fā)性肝衰竭大鼠肝損傷及肝再生的影響朱琥朱清靜武漢市醫(yī)療救治中心(湖北武漢,430023)摘要目的:探討丹參對(duì)暴發(fā)性肝衰竭(FHF)大鼠肝損傷及肝再生的影響。方法:Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為4組:正常對(duì)照組、FHF組、丹參組、促肝細(xì)胞生長素(PHGF)組。FHF、丹參組和PHGF組動(dòng)物模型采用TAA皮下注射,劑量按每kg體重600mg,2次,每次間隔24h,復(fù)制FHF動(dòng)物模型。丹參組和PHGF組動(dòng)物除皮下注射TAA外,于實(shí)驗(yàn)前3天至實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束分別于皮下注射丹
2、參注射液1ml/100g和PHGF1ml/100g,正常對(duì)照組和FHF組大鼠同時(shí)皮下注射生理鹽水lml/100g。FHF組、丹參組和PHGF組,于第2次注射TAA后24h,隨機(jī)取大鼠各8只,腹主動(dòng)脈取血測肝功能。迅速取肝組織,用10%甲醛液固定,制成石蠟切片,檢測肝細(xì)胞有絲分裂指數(shù)(MI)和增殖細(xì)胞核抗原(PCNA)。結(jié)果:丹參具有降低FHF大鼠ALT、AST及TBil,顯著提高肝細(xì)胞MI和PCNA的作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。結(jié)論:丹參具有改善FHF大鼠肝功能和促進(jìn)肝細(xì)胞增殖及再生的作用。關(guān)鍵詞暴發(fā)性肝衰竭;肝再生;增殖細(xì)胞核抗原;丹參注射液/藥理作用;大鼠EfectofRadi
