1、圄墊塑lQ年月第15卷第1期ChineseRemedies＆Clinics．J“uaw2015，V01．15．N0．1蕎麥七提取物對肺癌A549細(xì)胞增殖及凋亡的影響李健王曉梅楊春娟劉帆【摘要】目的研究蕎麥七提取物對人肺癌A549細(xì)胞增殖及凋亡的影響。方法應(yīng)用養(yǎng)麥七水提物及蕎麥七蒽醌處理肺癌A549細(xì)胞，錐蟲藍(lán)染色法檢測細(xì)胞存活率，MTI"法檢測細(xì)胞增殖抑制率，免疫細(xì)胞化學(xué)法檢測Caspase9和P53蛋白表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果養(yǎng)麥七水提取物對肺癌A549細(xì)胞增殖的抑制作用隨濃度而增強，72h的抑制率明顯較24h及48h強，蕎麥七蒽醌3種濃度的抑制率之間差異不大。2種提取物對Caspas
