1、鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書2007“遠(yuǎn)艦”轎車雙擺臂懸架的設(shè)計及產(chǎn)品建模摘要:汽車雙擺臂懸架是一種常見的懸架形式,合理的選擇懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)和幾何尺寸是獲得滿意的汽車行駛性能的重要條件,其運動特性的優(yōu)劣關(guān)系到汽車操縱穩(wěn)定性,舒適性,轉(zhuǎn)向輕便性和輪胎的使用壽命等性能。本課題來源于東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞汽車制造有限公司的遠(yuǎn)艦款轎車的后懸架,雙擺臂懸架可以通過合理的選擇空間導(dǎo)向桿系的鉸接點的位置及導(dǎo)向臂的長度,使得懸架具有合適的運動特性。在設(shè)計中,首先,分析了雙擺臂獨立懸架的組成和功用;其次,進行雙擺臂懸架的上下擺臂及各零部件強度的校核;第三,詳細(xì)考慮各部件之間的連接關(guān)系;最后計算
