6、26,onthetelomereoftheshortarmofchromosome1.Keywords:rice;whitestripeleafmutant;molecularmarker;genemapping成欽淑,葉邦全,袁燦,等.水稻白條紋葉突變體st11的遺傳分析與基因定位.中國水稻科學,2015,29(1):14G21.摘要:白條紋葉突變體st11是從粳稻品種Kitaake組培過程中獲得的.該突變體在分蘗前葉色表現為正常,從分蘗期開始新生葉表現為白條紋直至成熟期.與野生型相比,該突變體的分蘗、株高、結實率和千粒重等農藝性狀沒有發(fā)生明顯變化.遺傳分析表明該突變
7、體白條紋葉性狀受一對隱性核基因控制.利用該突變體分別與水稻02428、Jodan雜交構建了兩個F2群體用于基因定位.通過集群分離分析(bulkedsegregantanalysis)發(fā)現該基因位于第1染色體端粒附近,并與分子標記RM151和RM10080連鎖.進一步利用更多分子標記分析F2群體,我們將該基因定位于I10和I26兩個標記之間大約270kb的區(qū)間內.關鍵詞:水稻;白條紋葉突變體;分子標記;基因定位中圖分類號:Q343?5;S754文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1001G7216(2015)01G0014G08水稻是我國乃至世界的重要
