6、sforthebreedingofricewithhighphotosyntheticefficiency.【Method】Asomaclonalmutant(designatedasstripeleaf13,st13)wasisolatedfromtissue-culturedprogeniesofajaponicaricevarietyDongjin.Themainagronomictraitsofwildtypeandst13weredeterminedatmaturity,andthepig
7、mentcontentsandultrastructureofchloroplastwereobservedattheseedlingstage.Dongjinandst13werereciprocallycrossedtoobservethephenotypeofF1andgeneticanalysiswascarriedout.AnF2populationandF2:3populationderivedfromthecrossst13×Nanjing11(anindicaricevariety)
8、wereusedforgenemappingofST13.QuantitativeRT-PCRwascarriedouttoanalyzetherelativeexpressionofgenesassociatedwithchloroplastdevelopmentandchlorophyllbiogenesisinthewild-typeDongjinandst13mutant.【Result】Comparedtothewildtype,theplantheight
