4、Sci,２０１６,３０(１):１Ｇ９．Abstract:AsmallＧgraindwarfmutant,designatedassgd１(t),wasidentifiedfromtheTＧDNAinsertionmutantlinesofNipponbare．Themutant,geneticallystable,wascharacterizedbydwarfplant,smallgrain,darkgreenleavesandthickhusk．Scanningelectronmicroscopeanalysisoncellmorphologyofstemandhullrevealedth
5、atstemcellsinsgd１(t)failedtoformnormalcellcolumnandvascularbundles,whileepidermalcellswithirregularshapeinhullsweretightlypacked,resultinginconfusionincellarrangement,andsgd１(t)wasaGAＧsensitivedwarfmutant．Geneticanalysisshowedthatthistraitofdwarfismwascontrolledbyapairofrecessivenucleargene．Through
6、mapＧbasedcloning,thegenesgd１(t)wasmappedinanintervalof２３０kbbetweenthemarkersDF１３andDF２６ontheshortarmofchromosome９．TherewasadwarfgeneBC１２/GDD１inthisregion．Sequenceanalysisshowedthatsgd１(t)hadasingleＧbasesubstitution(GtoT)inthefourthexonofthegene,resultinginthereplacementofglycinebyvalinein１８６thconse
