6、·································16附件························································17第一章專賣店定義1、定義長(zhǎng)虹·美菱電器專賣店(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“專賣店)是指以客戶自主經(jīng)營(yíng),整合長(zhǎng)虹·美菱雙品牌,主推長(zhǎng)虹·美菱家電產(chǎn)品,長(zhǎng)虹·美菱家電產(chǎn)品占據(jù)絕對(duì)份額的綜合電器專賣店。專賣店按公司統(tǒng)一的形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行建設(shè)、統(tǒng)一的管控模式進(jìn)行管理、統(tǒng)一的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng),并逐步推進(jìn)統(tǒng)一配送、信息化管理、規(guī)范化服務(wù)。2、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍專賣店在選擇銷售的產(chǎn)品品類時(shí),實(shí)施“2+2”產(chǎn)品策略。即:專賣店必須銷售至少四個(gè)門類的長(zhǎng)虹
7、·美菱產(chǎn)品。其中:兩類必銷且排他產(chǎn)品(長(zhǎng)虹電視和美菱冰箱);另在長(zhǎng)虹·美菱其他類別產(chǎn)品(空調(diào)、手機(jī)、洗衣機(jī)、熱水器、數(shù)碼影音及小家電類產(chǎn)品等)選擇兩類或兩類以上作為必銷但非排他產(chǎn)品。說(shuō)明:2.1在四川、安徽等特定區(qū)域市場(chǎng),公司將要求長(zhǎng)虹空調(diào)等產(chǎn)品作為專賣店必銷不排他產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入專賣店,執(zhí)行“3+1”的產(chǎn)品策略,特定區(qū)域和產(chǎn)品以總部通知為準(zhǔn)。第19頁(yè)共19頁(yè)★機(jī)密★長(zhǎng)虹·美菱電器專賣店建設(shè)委員會(huì)2.2對(duì)于長(zhǎng)虹電視、
