1、唐山學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)題目:UASB+接觸氧化法處理啤酒工業(yè)廢水的工藝設(shè)計(jì)系別:環(huán)境與化學(xué)工程系班級(jí):09環(huán)境工程(1)班姓 名:李云龍指導(dǎo)教師:劉昆2013年6月4日UASB+接觸氧化法處理啤酒工業(yè)廢水的工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要本文針對(duì)啤酒車(chē)間廢水處理工藝進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì)。啤酒廢水含有許多有機(jī)物質(zhì),這些有機(jī)物質(zhì)濃度較高,雖然無(wú)毒,但易于腐敗,排入水體后要消耗大量的溶解氧,對(duì)水體環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重的危害。啤酒廢水中BOD5/CODcr值比較高,在50%及以上,非常有利于生化處理。同時(shí)生化處理與物理法、化學(xué)法相比較:一是處理工藝較成熟;二是處理效率較高
2、,BOD5。CODcr去除率高,一般可達(dá)80%~90%以上;三是處理成本低(運(yùn)行費(fèi)用節(jié)?。?;經(jīng)過(guò)各種啤酒廢水處理工藝的對(duì)比,最終選擇UASB+生物接觸氧化法作為處理工藝。本工藝流程設(shè)有格柵、調(diào)節(jié)池,對(duì)污水進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,去除水中較大的懸浮顆粒和調(diào)節(jié)水質(zhì)水量。生化處理采用生物接觸氧化法,可提高有機(jī)物的去除效率。沉淀池用來(lái)進(jìn)行泥水分離。本文介紹了有關(guān)UASB+生物接觸氧化法的處理流程和設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算、對(duì)格柵、調(diào)節(jié)池、UASB、接觸氧化池、斜管沉淀池、貯泥池等進(jìn)行了精細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。并對(duì)主要構(gòu)筑物UASB池、接觸氧化池做了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明。關(guān)鍵詞:
