2、，BOD5。CODcr去除率高，一般可達(dá)80％～90％以上；三是處理成本低（運(yùn)行費(fèi)用節(jié)?。?；經(jīng)過(guò)各種啤酒廢水處理工藝的對(duì)比，最終選擇UASB+生物接觸氧化法作為處理工藝。本工藝流程設(shè)有格柵、調(diào)節(jié)池，對(duì)污水進(jìn)行預(yù)處理，去除水中較大的懸浮顆粒和調(diào)節(jié)水質(zhì)水量。生化處理采用生物接觸氧化法，可提高有機(jī)物的去除效率。沉淀池用來(lái)進(jìn)行泥水分離。本文介紹了有關(guān)UASB+生物接觸氧化法的處理流程和設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算、對(duì)格柵、調(diào)節(jié)池、UASB、接觸氧化池、斜管沉淀池、貯泥池等進(jìn)行了精細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。并對(duì)主要構(gòu)筑物UASB池、接觸氧化池做了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明。關(guān)鍵詞：
