1、異甘草酸鎂對大鼠肝星狀細(xì)胞增殖及活力影響【摘要】目的觀察異甘草酸鎂對大鼠肝星狀細(xì)胞(HSC)增殖和活力的影響。方法用含不同濃度異甘草酸鎂的培養(yǎng)基(0、0.01、0.1、1.0、10.0mg/ml)培養(yǎng)HSC,通過MTT法和LDH法檢測異甘草酸鎂對HSC增殖和活力的影響,并同時觀察其形態(tài)變化。結(jié)果MTT法測得與空白對照組(0mg/ml)比較,培養(yǎng)基所含的異甘草酸鎂濃度為1.0mg/ml時,對HSC具有明顯的抑制增殖作用;10.0mg/ml時,其抑制增殖作用達(dá)到最高峰。LDH法測得各濃度組的異甘草酸鎂給藥組細(xì)胞上清液中LDH活力無明顯差異。結(jié)論異甘草酸鎂在
