2、期幼蟲分別感染4級螺,觀察比較其感染率、感染死亡率、感染度、III期幼蟲(感染期幼蟲)大小和幼蟲在螺體的發(fā)育速度及分布情況。結(jié)果4級螺均能被廣州管圓線蟲感染,其感染率在76%和100%之間,差異無顯著性(P>0.05)。螺級越小感染死亡率越高。中螺級的感染度較高,體內(nèi)超過100條幼蟲的螺數(shù)也較多。螺級間螺體幼蟲發(fā)育狀態(tài)基本相似。各級螺中的III期幼蟲大小及III期幼蟲出現(xiàn)前期和盛期均無明顯差異(P>0.05)。幼蟲廣泛分布于螺體各臟器與肌肉等處,但以肺與肌肉中居多。各級螺內(nèi)III期幼蟲均能成功感染大白鼠。結(jié)論不同發(fā)育期福壽螺對廣州管圓線蟲均易感而相容,
