1、不同價態(tài)無機(jī)砷染毒大鼠尿液砷形態(tài)代謝產(chǎn)物構(gòu)成比分析研究【摘要】目的通過不同價態(tài)染砷大鼠尿液中砷形態(tài)含量及比例的分析,尋找不同價態(tài)砷代謝和轉(zhuǎn)軌間的差異,為進(jìn)一步探討砷代謝產(chǎn)物與砷中毒作用機(jī)制間的關(guān)系提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法70只大鼠被隨機(jī)分為7組,即對照組;亞砷酸鈉高、中、低劑量組;砷酸鈉高、中、低劑量組,70只大鼠分別經(jīng)口攝入去離子水、亞砷酸鈉和砷酸鈉1個月后,采集各組大鼠尿樣。采用高效液相色譜氫化物發(fā)生原子熒光光譜法測定各組染砷大鼠尿液中砷形態(tài)的含量,并比較不同價態(tài)染砷組的構(gòu)成比。結(jié)果中劑量組,亞砷酸鈉染毒大鼠尿液中iAs3
2、+∶iAs5+∶DMA為36.1%∶3.0%∶60.8%;而砷酸鈉染毒大鼠尿液中iAs3+∶iAs5+∶DMA為55.9%∶0.8%∶43.4%;兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=8.463,P<0.05)。高、低劑量組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論不同價態(tài)無機(jī)砷的體內(nèi)代謝和轉(zhuǎn)軌不完全相同?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】高效液相色譜氫化物發(fā)生原子熒光光譜法;尿液;砷中毒;砷形態(tài)分析 ConstituentratioofmetabolicproductofsodiumarseniteandsodiumarsenateinurineofratWUJun,
