1、本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)題目:不同菠菜材料維生素C含量分析StudyonthevitaminC?contentofdifferent?spinach?materials學(xué)院生命與環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)院年級專業(yè)2011級園藝學(xué)生姓名周晨學(xué)號110153497指導(dǎo)教師王全華完成日期2015年4月摘要菠菜是重要的世界性葉類蔬菜,含有豐富的VC。菠菜種質(zhì)VC含量的測定,即可作為抗衰老及抗逆境的重要生理指標(biāo),同時對菠菜品質(zhì)優(yōu)劣、選育良種都具有重要意義。本試驗以98種菠菜材料(包括自交系、雜交一代及地方品種)為研究對象,大田種植,待長至成熟期時,采用紫外分光光度法測定菠
2、菜中VC含量。試驗結(jié)果表明:不同菠菜材料間VC含量差異顯著,供試菠菜VC含量范圍在0.769~1.951mg/g之間,最高與最低差異有2倍多。不同菠菜材料中VC含量呈正態(tài)分布,菠菜VC含量主要集中在0.90~1.56mg/g之間。根據(jù)柱狀圖分組結(jié)果可將98個菠菜材料分為10組,其中,VC含量較低的有自交系菠57號等,含量較高的一組有JQSP13-13。綜上,菠菜VC含量的存在基因型間差異,借此可篩選出適合生產(chǎn)或制種的優(yōu)良菠菜品種。關(guān)鍵詞:菠菜維生素C種質(zhì)育種ⅤAbstractSpinach?isaworldwide?important?leaf
