1、進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女義務(wù)教育問題及對策摘要隨著我國工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的不斷推進(jìn),我國農(nóng)村剩余勞動力流動日益頻繁,進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的規(guī)模也在不斷擴(kuò)大,其中約100萬適齡兒童處于失學(xué)狀態(tài)。黨的十八大報告明確指出:要努力辦好人民滿意的教育。努力辦好學(xué)前教育,均衡發(fā)展九年義務(wù)教育,積極推動農(nóng)民工子女平等接受教育,讓每個孩子都能成為有用之才。關(guān)心、關(guān)注社會問題,響應(yīng)黨和國家號召,為國家發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步獻(xiàn)言獻(xiàn)策是每一個青年人的責(zé)任。本文通過介紹進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的規(guī)模大,入學(xué)途徑單一,存在教育不公平,家庭教育問題突出,農(nóng)民工子女失學(xué)、輟學(xué)率高,農(nóng)民工子女學(xué)習(xí)效
2、率低,缺乏社會認(rèn)同等問題;分析出存在問題的原因主要有:戶籍政策的限制,義務(wù)教育投入不足,義務(wù)教育工作機(jī)制缺失,農(nóng)民工家庭教育對子女產(chǎn)生不利影響,學(xué)校缺乏科學(xué)的教育管理方式等;然后通過搜集相關(guān)資料,運用管理學(xué)、社會學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論知識,并結(jié)合自身的所見、所聞、所感,提出了解決進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女義務(wù)教育問題,可以通過加快戶籍制度改革,加大義務(wù)教育投入,完善義務(wù)教育工作機(jī)制,農(nóng)民工家庭創(chuàng)造適合子女成長的環(huán)境,學(xué)校發(fā)揮教書育人的職能,社會各界共同努力等措施。百年大計,教育為本。只有讓每一個兒童接受教育,提高公民的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì),建設(shè)人力資源強(qiáng)國,才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)構(gòu)建社會主義
