1、角度測量的光學方法研究熊青松(安徽建筑工業(yè)學院數(shù)理系,合肥230022)摘 要:角度測量是計量科學的重要組成部分,廣泛應(yīng)用于我們的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和科學研究領(lǐng)域。隨著科學技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)工藝的飛速發(fā)展,在精密加工、航空航天、軍事和通訊等許多領(lǐng)域都對角度、特別是小角度的測量提出了越來越高的要求。光電測角法由于具有非接觸、高精度和高靈敏度的特點而倍受人們的重視,尤其是隨著激光光源的發(fā)展和精密傳感器的出現(xiàn),使光電測角的測量精度不斷提高,應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛?,F(xiàn)階段由于運用了各種先進的測量手段和測量儀器,使測量的精度和靈敏度達到了很高的水平。但是,傳統(tǒng)的小角度測量儀器如激光干涉儀,光電自準直儀等,由于具有體積
2、大,系統(tǒng)復雜,造價昂貴,對測量環(huán)境要求高等特點而很難用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和高精度在線測量。目前,光學三角法在測量物體位移、厚度和三維面形等方面均達到了相當高的精度,有很好的研究價值和實用性。正是基于此,本文開展了把光學三角法用于小角度的在線測量研究。關(guān)鍵詞:角度測量;光學方法;光學三角法;面陣CCDIIIResearchonAnglemeasurementwithopticalmethodsXiongqingsong(Departmentofmathematics&physics,AnhuiInstituteofArchitectureandIndustry,Hefei,230022,Chi
3、na)Abstract:Anglemeasurementisoneofthemostimportantpartsofmetrology,whichisusedwidelyinindustrialproductionandthescientificresearchdomain.Withthescienceandtechnologyrapiddevelopment,thehighprecisionofanglemeasurementisrequestedinthepreciseprocessing,theaerospace,themilitaryaffairsandthecommunic
4、ationandsoon,especiallysmallanglemeasurement.Peoplepaymoreattentiontothephotoelectricmethod,whichhasthenon-contact,thehighaccuracyandthehighsensitivitystrongpoint,especiallywiththelaserdevicedevelopmentandtheprecisionsensorappearance,thephotoelectricmethod’smeasuringaccuracyisunceasinglyenhanci
5、ng,andtheapplicationdomainismorewidespreading.Atpresentstagebecauseusedadvancedsurveymethodandmeteringequipment,thesurveyaccuracyandprecisionhasbeenachievedahighlevel.Buttheinstrumentoftraditionalsmallanglemeasurementlikelaserinterferometer,photoelectriccollimatorandsoon,canhardlyheusedasangles
6、ensorinindustrialproductionandhighaccuracyon-linemeasurementbecausetheyarebulky,complicated,expensive,anddemandingstrictworkenvironment.Atpresent,opticaltriangulationinmeasurementofdisplacement,thicknessandthree-dimensionshapeetchadachievedahighprecision,soithashighusabilityandresearchvalue.Bas
