3、在日趨激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地成為人們的共識(shí)。我國(guó)在《中華人民共國(guó)教育法》中規(guī)定教育投入要不斷增加,并在《中國(guó)教育改革和發(fā)展綱要》中明確提出2000年國(guó)家財(cái)政性教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入要達(dá)到GDP的4%,但實(shí)際上教育投入連續(xù)多年一直沒(méi)有達(dá)到這一規(guī)定,而且與世界其他國(guó)家相比不管是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家都存在著不小的差距。這篇文章利用菲德模型,通過(guò)對(duì)1997-2006年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析,度量教育投入對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的的總效應(yīng)和溢出效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,教育已經(jīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn),以及教育投入具有較高的收入和強(qiáng)烈的
