5、inlayerchromatography(AppendixⅥB),usingsilicagelGasthecoatingsubstanceandcyclohexaneandethylacetate(3:1)asthemobilephase.Applyseparately5-10μlofeachofthetwosolutiontotheplate.Afterdevelopingandremovaloftheplate,dryinair,spraywith5%ferricchlorideinethanolacidifiedwithhydrochloricacidandheattothespo
