3、濃縮丸)中的牡丹皮、當(dāng)歸、白芍、熟地黃等進(jìn)行定性鑒別;HPLC法測定明目地黃丸(濃縮丸)中馬錢苷、丹皮酚和芍藥苷。馬錢苷色譜條件:色譜柱為KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為四氫呋喃-乙腈-甲醇(1∶8∶4)-0.05%磷酸溶液(8∶92),檢測波長為236nm,體積流量為1.0mL/min;丹皮酚色譜條件:色譜柱為AgilentZorbaxSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為甲醇-水(48∶52),檢測波長為274nm,體積流量為1.0mL/min;芍藥苷色譜條件:色譜柱為Agilen
4、tZorbaxC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),檢測波長為230nm,體積流量為1.0mL/min。結(jié)果處方中當(dāng)歸、牡丹皮、芍藥苷的薄層色譜鑒別專屬性較強(qiáng)。馬錢苷、丹皮酚和芍藥苷分別在40.43~1213.02ng、40.43~1213.02ng和40.43~1213.02ng范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r均為1.0000),平均回收率分別為96.4%(n=6),98.2%(n=6)和98.3%(n=6);RSD值分別為0.8%,0.8%和2.1%。結(jié)論本研究所建立的方法簡便快速,準(zhǔn)確可靠,
