1、山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士論文摘要摘要I山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士論文摘要山東金海納等離子科技有限公司的科技人員最近正在研發(fā)一種截齒的新工藝,設(shè)想將截齒齒頭和齒體分開,分別用不同的材料,齒頭依然用42CrMo,而齒體改用Cr12MoV。Cr12MoV鋼具有淬火變形小、淬透性好、耐磨性高等特點,被廣泛地用于制造生產(chǎn)批量大、耐磨性要求高、熱處理變形量要求小、形狀復(fù)雜、負(fù)荷大的模具。本課題的目的就是探索經(jīng)過不同熱處理工藝處理的Cr12MoV鋼的性能以及其是否滿足截齒的性能要求。本文通過光學(xué)顯微鏡觀察金相試樣顯微組織,使用顯微硬度計對金相試樣進(jìn)行硬
2、度測試,借助電子探針及X射線衍射分析儀對試樣進(jìn)行成分分析及物相分析,最后將有效數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合分析,得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果表明,只有3#試樣滿足截齒的硬度要求,其他試樣的硬度都高于截齒的硬度要求。加熱到1000℃的Cr12MoV鋼空冷再進(jìn)行高溫回火后會得到回火索氏體,隨著回火溫度的升高,會發(fā)生α的回復(fù)及再結(jié)晶以及碳化物的聚集球化,這些均使硬度降低。而在保溫棉中冷卻進(jìn)行中溫回火會得到下貝氏體,進(jìn)行高溫回火得到回火索氏體和珠光體,其硬度高于進(jìn)行空冷高溫回火后的試樣。關(guān)鍵詞:截齒;失效;Cr12MoV鋼;硬度;熱處理1山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士論文
