1、Apelin對兩腎一夾高血壓大鼠離體主動脈環(huán)的舒張作用作者:莊紅,金戈,陳磊,楊鵬麟【摘要】目的:探討小分子活性肽Apelin-13對兩腎一夾(2K1C)高血壓大鼠離體主動脈環(huán)的舒張作用及意義。方法:①清潔級雄性SD大鼠27只,隨機分為正常對照組和2K1C高血壓模型組。測定平均頸動脈壓(mCAP)、左心重與體重比值(LVM/BW)以及右腎重/左腎重(RK/LK),以評價2K1C模型。②采用累計加藥法,觀察Apelin-13分別對用去甲腎上腺素(NE)預(yù)收縮的對照組大鼠和2K1C高血壓組大鼠離體胸主動脈環(huán)張力的作用。結(jié)果:①模型組大鼠mCAP、LVM/BW和RK/LK分別較
2、對照組高50.38%(P<0.01)、32.16%(P<0.01)和51.02%(P<0.01)。②Apelin-13在(10-11~10-7)mol·L-1濃度范圍內(nèi)對內(nèi)皮完整的兩組大鼠胸主動脈環(huán)具有濃度依賴性的舒張作用,且模型組舒張率高于對照組(P<0.05),而模型組與對照組EC50相比差異無顯著性(P>0.05)。結(jié)論:Apelin-13具有顯著的舒張主動脈的作用,并且對高血壓大鼠血管環(huán)的舒張作用更強,提示Apelin-13在血管的保護作用中扮演了重要角色?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】Apelin;主動脈;舒張作用;兩腎一夾;高血壓;腎性13Abstr
