2、明650201;2云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學農(nóng)學與生物技術學院,云南昆明650201;3微生物菌種篩選與應用國家地方聯(lián)合工程研究中心,云南昆明650217;4玉溪市農(nóng)業(yè)科學院,云南玉溪653100)摘要:【目的】從磷礦區(qū)植物根圍土中,篩選出具有較高溶磷能力的菌株及優(yōu)化溶磷培養(yǎng)條件.【方法】通過稀釋#板法分離、篩選菌株,并進行全細胞脂肪酸分析和16SrDNA測序鑒定;正交試驗優(yōu)化溶磷培養(yǎng)條件.【結果和結論】-1篩選出22株具有溶磷能力的菌株,其中菌株YN2014102的溶磷能力最強,在10g·L的磷礦粉培養(yǎng)基中能釋放-1244.75mg·L水溶性磷.經(jīng)全細胞脂肪
3、酸分析和16SrDNA測序,該菌株被鑒定為洋蔥伯克霍爾德菌.正交試驗-1-1的結果表明,在質量濃度10g·L的磷礦粉、28℃、搖床轉速為180r·min的條件下培養(yǎng)5d,溶磷效果最好,達-1277.08mg·L.關鍵詞:溶磷細菌;磷礦粉;氣相色譜分析;全細胞脂肪酸;16SrDNA中圖分類號:S154.3文獻標志碼:A文章編號:1001411X(2015)03007805ScreeningofphosphorussolubilizingstrainBurkholderiacenocepaciaandoptimizingofphosphate
