2、b增殖的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑。胰酶消化法分離培養(yǎng)新生大鼠CFb,用AngII誘導(dǎo)促進(jìn)其增殖,采用MTT法檢測細(xì)胞增殖;ELISA法測定I型膠原、III型膠原的含量;流式細(xì)胞儀檢測細(xì)胞周期;硝酸還原酶法檢測細(xì)胞上清液NO含量;Westernblotting法檢測p-PKCa含量。牛磺酸(40、80和160mmol·L)可抑制AngII誘導(dǎo)的CFb增殖及I型膠原、III型膠原合成增加(P<0.05,P<0.O1),并使細(xì)胞G。/G.期百分率增加,s期細(xì)胞百分率降低(P<0.05,P<0.O1)。?;撬崦黠@抑制p-PKCa的蛋白表達(dá),提高CFbNO含量,與AngII組比較差別具有明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0
