1、摘要一個(gè)企業(yè)是否具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,關(guān)鍵就是看在這個(gè)企業(yè)里的人是否具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、是否具有較強(qiáng)的工作能力。通過對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn),以最終達(dá)到提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目標(biāo)。人才是企業(yè)最基本也是最重要的資源,對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來說如何把“人”變成“人才”可以說是重中之重,關(guān)系到企業(yè)發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)問題。由此可見,員工培訓(xùn)對(duì)于公司未來快速發(fā)展所帶來的好處是毋庸質(zhì)疑的。培訓(xùn)目的可以增強(qiáng)員工個(gè)人的綜合能力,提高員工的知識(shí)水平以及基本技能,繼而提高個(gè)人績(jī)效;還可以強(qiáng)化組織的核心能力,增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,企業(yè)文化的傳播,以此提高組織績(jī)效。?對(duì)于員
