1、我國(guó)證券投資基金業(yè)面臨的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策分析重慶工商大學(xué)融智學(xué)院金融學(xué)2008級(jí)投資銀行三班葉宜松指導(dǎo)老師楊帆中文摘要：證券投資基金是投資社會(huì)化和專(zhuān)業(yè)化的產(chǎn)物，它既是一種金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新，也是一種金融制度創(chuàng)新。中國(guó)證券投資基金的發(fā)展取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步，對(duì)于改善我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)投資者結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)上市公司法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、加快儲(chǔ)蓄向投資的轉(zhuǎn)化、繁榮資本市場(chǎng)等方面起到了重要的作用。我國(guó)證券投資基金的發(fā)展主要受制于外部客觀問(wèn)題和內(nèi)部治理問(wèn)題，隨著《證券投資基金管理暫行辦法》的頒布實(shí)施，我國(guó)證券投資基金業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，并已逐步成長(zhǎng)為我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)上影響力最大的機(jī)構(gòu)投資者之一。但是，我國(guó)證券投資基金在高速發(fā)
2、展的同時(shí)，仍然面臨著一些問(wèn)題。完善證券投資基金管理要從拓寬資本來(lái)源渠道，完善法律法規(guī)體系，加速監(jiān)管的市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程以及推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品多元化。加強(qiáng)我國(guó)證券投資基金托管人的監(jiān)督工作、豐富基金的品種、強(qiáng)化基金管理公司的激勵(lì)和約束機(jī)制完善證券投資基金法律法規(guī)體系強(qiáng)化證券投資基金監(jiān)管等方面來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)我國(guó)證券投資基金所面臨的問(wèn)題。關(guān)鍵詞：證券投資基金產(chǎn)品多元化金融結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整投資基金監(jiān)管Abstract：Securitiesinvestmentfundsareinvestmentsocializationandprofessionalproducts,itisnotonlyakindof
