1、6?11歲兒童原發(fā)性遺尿癥心理行為問題調(diào)查及其相關(guān)因素分析(四川省安岳縣人民醫(yī)院四川安岳642350)【摘要】目的：探討6?11歲兒童原發(fā)性遺尿癥(PNE)心理行為問題及其相關(guān)因素，為臨床心理干預(yù)、治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法：選擇我院選擇2014年2月-2016年1月我院診治的PNE兒童98例為觀察組，同期健康體檢兒童100例為對(duì)照組，對(duì)比兩組兒童Achenbach行為量表評(píng)分(CBCL)并分析影響PNE兒童心理行為問題相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果：觀察組兒童心理行為問題檢出率為36.7%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的7.0%(P<0.01)。觀
2、察組男童在抑郁癥、社交退縮、攻擊性、強(qiáng)迫癥、交往不良方面評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)；觀察組女童抑郁癥、社交退縮、攻擊性、體訴、殘忍、性問題方面評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)o患兒年齡大、父母關(guān)系差、由老人或保姆撫養(yǎng)均為遺尿癥兒童心理行為問題的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P<0.05),而父母文化程度高則是保護(hù)性因素(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：6?11歲PNE兒童存在抑郁及社交不良等心理行為問題，與父母關(guān)系、年齡等密切相關(guān)，治療過程屮應(yīng)結(jié)合相關(guān)因素采取營(yíng)造良好家庭環(huán)境等措施，加強(qiáng)心理干預(yù)治療?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】原發(fā)性遺鉍癥；心
