1、急診護(hù)理流程對急性腦梗死患者急救效率的作用探討朱春莉張曉蓉胡丹麗（通訊作者）（無錫市第二人民醫(yī)院江蘇無錫214000）【摘要】目的：探討急診護(hù)理流程對急性腦梗死患者急救效率的作用。方法：選擇2013年1月~2013年12月于我院急診科就診的急性腦梗死患者80例作為對照組，進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理，選擇2014年1月~2014年12月于我院急診科就診的急性腦梗死患者80例作為觀察組，進(jìn)行急診護(hù)理流程護(hù)理，比較兩組患者的急救效果。結(jié)果：兩組患者在接受搶救時(shí)間方面差異明顯，P<0.05,結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組患者致殘率明顯低于對照組患者，且P<0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組患者死

2、亡率與對照組患者存在明顯差異，P<0.05,結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；在NIHSS評分和CSS評分結(jié)果方面，兩組患者治療前后均有明顯差異，P<0.05,結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；且治療后觀察組患者與對照組患者間存在明顯差異，P<0.05,結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：對急性腦梗死患者進(jìn)行急診護(hù)理流程護(hù)理能夠大大提高其急救效率，在為患者爭取寶貴的治療時(shí)間的同時(shí)對降低患者死亡率和殘疾率，改善患者預(yù)后方面存在重要的臨床價(jià)值。【關(guān)鍵詞】急診護(hù)理流程；急性腦梗死；急救效率【中圖分類號】R47【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】B【文章編號】1003-5028（2015）6-0530-02【Abstract】Obj
