1、葉天士與薛生白治療濕熱痞證用藥特色分析［摘要］葉天士與薛生白，清代同一時(shí)期的著名醫(yī)學(xué)家，擅長(zhǎng)溫病治療。筆者運(yùn)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)，對(duì)兩位醫(yī)家治療濕熱痞證的民案進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)比分析其用藥特色。葉氏與薛氏治療濕熱痞證均以濕熱分治、三焦分消為原則，用藥以苦、辛、溫為主，理氣化濕，重視脾、胃、肺三臟的氣機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)，但在具體藥物選擇上有所不同，兩者共用藥物中，厚樸、杏仁、陳皮、滑石使用頻率均較高。葉天士還好用半夏、黃芩、黃連、茯苓；薛生白較多用茯苓皮、草果、藿香。藥物配伍方面，兩位醫(yī)家均喜用陳皮、厚樸，厚樸、杏仁配伍；葉氏還多用半夏、
