3、glishreadinginjuniorhighschools.1.1ResearchMotivesAtthislevelofmyresearch,Idecidetoselectthefollowingissuesasmyresearchmotivesandobjectives:NationalEnglishCurriculumsproposestheteachingobjectiveistoimprovestudents’comprehensivelanguageskills,whileChina'straditionalEnglishreadingteachingputsthegram
4、marandvocabularyasthemostimportantparts,anditdespiseslanguageabilityofapplications.However,juniorhighschoolstudentsareyounger,andtheylackrelevantbackgroundknowledgeaccumulation.ManyteacherstaketeachingEnglishreadingequaltotheteachingofwordsandgrammars.ThishasmadethestudentsfeeldullinreadingEnglish
5、text,andsomestudentsfeelthatreadingisverydifficultbecausetheycannotunderstandthetextverywell.AfterreadingsomeeducationalbooksandpapersaboutthetraitsofEnglishreadingandmanyresearchtheoriesthatfocusontheEnglishreadingcomprehensionteaching,Ifoundthattheschematheoryhasprovedtohavethemostimportantfunct
