3、ansferredteachers”cameintobeing.Transferredteachersarethosenon-English-majorprimaryschoolteacherswhoshifttoteachEnglishaftergraduationfromatrainingprogramcalled“In-serviceTrainingforTransferredTeachers”.Byfar,theseteachershavebeenteachingEnglishforoverfouryears,buttherehavebeenfewfollow-upresearche
4、sontheirpronunciationuptillnow.Thepresentstudyinvestigatesonthepronunciationoftransferredteachersconcerningconsonantsandvowels.Thegoalistofindoutwhethertheseteachers,whohavereceivedonly3-weekcompulsoryresidentialtrainingandayearlongoptionalschool-basedtraining,aremakingprogressandcompetentforelemen
