1、小兒咳嗽的中醫(yī)臨床治療效果觀王錦（龍泉驛區(qū)第一人民醫(yī)院四川成都610100）【摘要】目的：研究并分析小兒咳嗽的中醫(yī)臨床治療方式。方法：將2014年3月?2015年8月在我院接受治療的84例慢性咳嗽患兒納入到木研究，按照治療方式的不同將84例患兒分為中醫(yī)治療組（n=42）與丙醫(yī)治療組（n=42）,對于中醫(yī)治療組，采用中藥療法，藥物選擇小兒肺熱咳喘U服液，對于兩醫(yī)治療組，采用鹽酸氨溴索口服液、鹽酸溴己新片、復(fù)方磷酸可待因溶液、復(fù)方福爾可定口服溶液、布地奈德霧化混懸液、硫酸沙丁胺醇噴霧劑（萬托林）、小兒氨酚黃那敏顆粒.小兒偽麻美芬滴劑等治療，對比
2、兩組患兒咳嗽、咳痰、喘息變化情況。結(jié)果：中醫(yī)治療組在咳嗽、咳痰、喘息改善情況上，優(yōu)于丙醫(yī)治療組，上述數(shù)據(jù)組間比較差異顯著（P<0.05）,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：對于咳嗽患兒，對癥治療更能夠取得理想的療效，在這一方面，中醫(yī)治療法優(yōu)于丙醫(yī)治療法，該種治療措施值得在臨床中進(jìn)行大范圍的推廣和使用?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】小兒咳嗽；中醫(yī)臨床治療；分析【中圖分類號】R272【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章編號】2095-1752（2016）21-0071-02ClinicaltreatmentofchildrenwithcoughintraditionalChineseMe
