3、·························································22個人簡歷··········································································································23中文摘要肌層浸潤性膀胱癌治療現(xiàn)狀的臨床薈萃摘要目的:學習和了解肌層浸潤性膀胱癌的各種治療方法,對其治療現(xiàn)狀進行系統(tǒng)性的總結(jié)和分析。方法:通過查找相關書籍和文獻,總結(jié)和分析肌層浸潤性膀胱癌不同治療方法的優(yōu)缺點。結(jié)果:在其外科治療方面,腹腔鏡下根治性全
4、膀胱切除術已被廣泛接受;隨著醫(yī)療水平的進步,通過綜合治療來實現(xiàn)保留膀胱的治療方式也是可行的;機器人輔助腹腔鏡下根治性全膀胱切除術在未來將成為一個重要的發(fā)展方向;在條件適當?shù)那闆r下,女性保留生殖器的手術方式也取得了較好的效果。以及隨著新輔助治療及分子靶向治療的發(fā)展,在未來也將會有重要的突破。結(jié)論:根治性膀胱全切除術加盆腔淋巴結(jié)清掃一向都是肌層浸潤性膀胱癌的標準治療方案;腹腔鏡下根治性全膀胱切除術的優(yōu)點不僅在于它圍手術期的病死率低,而且患者術后的生活質(zhì)量也得到改善;機器人輔助腹腔鏡下根治性全膀胱切除術的優(yōu)點是手術創(chuàng)傷小、出血量少且恢復快,缺點在于其價格昂貴;在選擇合適患者的情況下,女性保
