2、計(jì)教學(xué)系:電氣電子工程系專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí):電氣自動(dòng)化一班姓名:趙浩學(xué)號(hào):2012010101001指導(dǎo)教師:李曉波摘要分揀控制系統(tǒng)在社會(huì)各行各業(yè)如:物流配送中心、郵局、采礦、港口、碼頭、倉(cāng)庫(kù)等行業(yè)得到廣泛運(yùn)用,分揀系統(tǒng)能夠大大提高企事業(yè)單位該環(huán)節(jié)的生產(chǎn)效率。本文在對(duì)熟悉了自動(dòng)及分揀系統(tǒng)的原理的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)一定的分揀要求,對(duì)材料分揀進(jìn)行了以三菱PLC為控制核心,設(shè)計(jì)出材料分揀控制系統(tǒng)的控制系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該材料分揀系統(tǒng)以PLC為主控制器,結(jié)合氣動(dòng)裝置、傳感器技術(shù)等技術(shù),可以進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)分揀。系統(tǒng)具有自動(dòng)化程

3、度高、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、分揀精度高、易控制的點(diǎn),對(duì)不同的分揀對(duì)象,稍加修改本系統(tǒng)即可實(shí)現(xiàn)要求。對(duì)本系統(tǒng)完成其設(shè)計(jì)之后,進(jìn)行了整體調(diào)試。在硬件部分,調(diào)試其各部分安裝的位置及角度,使其材料物塊的運(yùn)行與傳感器安裝的角度適合。將硬件各部分的動(dòng)作幅度進(jìn)行調(diào)試之后,進(jìn)行了軟硬件綜合調(diào)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)材料分揀揀系統(tǒng)中上料、傳送與分揀的全過(guò)程。關(guān)鍵詞:材料分揀傳感器氣動(dòng)裝置PLCAbstract:Sortingcontrolsysteminallsectorsofsocietysuchas:logisticsanddistribution
