7、·····················································44--------細菌纖維素的生物相容性及聯(lián)合BMP2的成骨效應(yīng)研究背景研究背景間充質(zhì)干細胞(Mesenchymalstemcells,MSCs)來源于發(fā)育早期的中胚層和外胚層,最初在骨髓中被Friendenstein等發(fā)現(xiàn)為非造血組織干細胞,由于其具有可分化為間充質(zhì)組織細胞的能力,故稱之為間充質(zhì)干細胞[1]。以后陸續(xù)在許多組織中分離到,包括脂肪、滑膜、軟骨、骨膜、胎盤和臍血[2]。1.1間充質(zhì)干細胞生物學特

8、性間充質(zhì)干細胞具備以下共同屬性:(1),間充質(zhì)干細胞是具有自我維持和自我更新的細胞群體,其細胞數(shù)目是相對恒定的,即間充質(zhì)干細胞具有自穩(wěn)定性。(2),在生物體總的細胞構(gòu)成比上,間充質(zhì)干細胞只占有其中很小的一部分。(3),間充質(zhì)干細胞可在適宜環(huán)境中向不同方向分化,即其為相對未分化類細胞[3]。1,MSCs具有強大的自我更新和多向分化能力??梢苑只癁檐浌羌毎?、成骨
