1、小骨窗顯微開顱術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)開顱術(shù)治療高血壓腦出血的臨床療效比較永州市第三人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科湖南永州425000【摘要】目的：探討小骨窗顯微開顱術(shù)和傳統(tǒng)開顱術(shù)在高血壓腦出血臨床治療屮的應(yīng)用效果，為高血壓腦出血治療提供理想手術(shù)方式。方法:收集2015年2月至2016年2月我院收治的高血壓腦出血患者60例，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為兩組,對(duì)照組(n=30)接受常規(guī)開顱術(shù)，觀察組(n=30)接受小骨窗顯微開顱術(shù)，比較兩組患者一般手術(shù)情況、治療前后神經(jīng)功能評(píng)分和預(yù)后效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的術(shù)屮出血量、住院時(shí)間明顯少于對(duì)照組，P<0.05；觀察組患者
