2、推廣應(yīng)用的進(jìn)程奠定了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。本論文主要敘述了高壓輥磨機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)與三維建模分析。主要內(nèi)容如下:1.總體方案設(shè)計(jì)與規(guī)劃。首先根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,設(shè)計(jì)完成給定任務(wù)量所需的高壓輥磨機(jī)的各部分參數(shù),如輥徑,輥寬、輥磨力,功率等參數(shù)。然后是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和整體規(guī)劃。最后進(jìn)行非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的尺寸確定與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選型。2.從基于特征的零件建模和裝配技術(shù)的探討出發(fā),通過實(shí)體建模、虛擬裝配設(shè)計(jì)完成輥磨機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);通過對(duì)裝配體進(jìn)行靜態(tài)干涉檢查,以檢驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。本論文從工程實(shí)用角度出發(fā),不但縮短了產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,降低設(shè)計(jì)成本,而且為高壓輥磨機(jī)整個(gè)設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)
