1、喉部鼻型NK/T細胞淋巴瘤一例臨床分析并文獻復習PhundreimayumRaeesAhmed1,謝敏'【摘要】目的研究喉部鼻型NK/T細胞淋巴瘤的臨床表現(xiàn)、病理特點及免疫表型，提高對本病的認識。方法對收治的1例喉部鼻型NK/T細胞淋巴瘤進行介紹，并對2001年至2012年國內(nèi)發(fā)表的該病報道進行冋顧性分析。結(jié)果納入8篇報道共10例確診為喉部鼻型NK/T細胞淋巴瘤患者?；颊叨嘀心昶鸩?，臨床表現(xiàn)多樣，最常見首發(fā)癥狀為聲音嘶?。?0%）。病變最常累及的部位為聲帶（87.5%）,出現(xiàn)表面增生或浸潤性腫塊（85.7%）、粘膜腫脹（57.1%）。其鏡下最常見表現(xiàn)為大片壞死組織,淋巴細
