1、心理干預(yù)在維持性血液透析患者中的影響價(jià)值李曉敏湖北省宜昌市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院摘要：目的:探討心理干預(yù)在維持性血液透析患者屮的影響價(jià)值。方法:選擇2015年8月-2016年8月在我院血液透析室行維持性血液透析的80例尿毒癥患者為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將患者分為觀察組(n=40)和對(duì)照組(n=40)。予以對(duì)照組常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予心理干預(yù)措施。分析干預(yù)前后兩組牛活質(zhì)量評(píng)分，采用焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)比較兩組干預(yù)前后心理改善情況，自制問卷評(píng)估兩組干預(yù)后患者滿意度。結(jié)果:干預(yù)后觀察組生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分中生理機(jī)能、
2、精神健康得分均比對(duì)照組、得分高，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=6.758,4.137;P<0.05);干預(yù)后觀察組SDS、SAS評(píng)分，顯著低于對(duì)照組的，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t二-15?693,-6.723;P<0.05);干預(yù)后觀察組患者滿意度為92.50%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的57.50%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(八二13.067,P<0.05)。結(jié)論:心理干預(yù)對(duì)維持性血液透析患者生活質(zhì)量、情緒狀態(tài)、滿意度有正面影響。關(guān)鍵詞：心理干預(yù);維持性血液透析;影響價(jià)值;焦慮自評(píng)量表;抑郁自評(píng)量表；作者簡(jiǎn)介：李曉敏E-mai1:1ixiaominl1
