1、論中小企業(yè)的核心競爭力8內(nèi)容摘要本文通過對企業(yè)核心競爭力和中小企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了中小企業(yè)和大型企業(yè)一樣,也需要核心競爭力,同時,通過具體的事例,從三個方面闡述了中小企業(yè)應(yīng)如何構(gòu)建自己的核心競爭力:一是以專對分,抓住細(xì)分市場。主要應(yīng)從兩方面著手,一是作大企業(yè)不愿做、不屑做的小產(chǎn)品;另外就是甘心作大企業(yè)的“配角”,為大企業(yè)加工零部件。二是重視企業(yè)的管理,保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。提高企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,首先要加強質(zhì)量管理,提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平。其次,要注重實行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是穩(wěn)定提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重要保證三是勤練內(nèi)功,建立有凝聚力的企業(yè)文化。優(yōu)秀
