1、摘要遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)中智能答疑綜合運(yùn)用了自然語(yǔ)言處理、信息檢索等技術(shù),能夠?qū)σ宰匀徽Z(yǔ)言描述的問(wèn)題,自動(dòng)給予問(wèn)題答案,在遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)中起著非常重要的作用。本文圍繞智能答疑系統(tǒng)一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究分析。主要內(nèi)容有:1,中文分詞技術(shù)。結(jié)合多種技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),采用了當(dāng)前較為流行的雙向最大匹配算法對(duì)自然問(wèn)題語(yǔ)句進(jìn)行切分處理;歧義字段的處理選用了統(tǒng)計(jì)方法取頻率較大的作為分詞結(jié)果;對(duì)于未登錄詞,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)添加到未登錄問(wèn)題表留給教師解答。2.答案庫(kù)的快速定位技術(shù)。根據(jù)教學(xué)答疑系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)較為固定的特性,提出了一種基于三層索引的知識(shí)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)問(wèn)題的答案進(jìn)行快速定位,提高了系統(tǒng)的查詢(xún)
2、效率。3.系統(tǒng)的安全性。對(duì)各種加密算法和訪問(wèn)控制方法進(jìn)行了研究分析。結(jié)合系統(tǒng)的情況選用了SHA-512算法對(duì)用戶(hù)的密碼實(shí)行了加密,并根據(jù)用戶(hù)的角色分配不同的訪問(wèn)權(quán)限,保障了系統(tǒng)的安全性。4.根據(jù)上述技術(shù)研究,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了答疑系統(tǒng),提出了以在線(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)答疑和智能答疑兩種機(jī)制相互協(xié)作來(lái)構(gòu)建一個(gè)高效且相對(duì)智能、安全的答疑系統(tǒng)模型,并以.NET技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了該答疑系統(tǒng)。5.對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,答案匹配準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)93.5%,查詢(xún)的平均時(shí)間為16(hns,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)具有實(shí)時(shí)性和較好高的準(zhǔn)確性。關(guān)鍵詞:遠(yuǎn)程教育智能答疑中文分詞基于角色的權(quán)限分配SHA-51

4、erneltechniquesonIntelligentQuestionansweringsystem.Themainaspectsareasfollows:1.Chinesesegmentationtechnique.Combiningavarietyoftechnologicaladvantages,thebidirectionalMaximumMatchingMethodisadoptedfortheproblemofnaturalsentencesegmentation;statisticalmethodsforthedifficultyofa
5、mbiguity,andtakinggreaterfrequencyastheresult;theunknownisaddedtotheunregisteredtable,andsolvedbyteacherslater.2.Rapidlocationtechniqueofanswerlibrary.Accordingtothefixedstructurecharacteristicsofteachingcontents,athree-tierindexstructureoftheknowledgelibraryispresentedtorapidly
