1、摘要智能答疑系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)摘要:隨著人們開始越來越多的利用教學(xué)平臺進(jìn)行自學(xué)，如何從浩如煙海的平臺資源中快速定位對自己學(xué)習(xí)有幫助的信息就成為一個急待解決的問題，智能答疑系統(tǒng)(IAS)正是致力于解決這樣一個問題而產(chǎn)生的。盡管當(dāng)前對答疑系統(tǒng)的研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)比較多，但真正相對獨(dú)立且能令教學(xué)雙方滿意的答疑系統(tǒng)并不多見。本文嘗試就在教學(xué)平臺中如何開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)智能答疑系統(tǒng)做出解答。文章在詳細(xì)分析了教學(xué)平臺中實(shí)現(xiàn)答疑系統(tǒng)需求和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對答疑系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計和開發(fā)，提出以三種答疑機(jī)制相互協(xié)作來構(gòu)建一個高效且
2、相對智能、安全的答疑系統(tǒng)，并以全文檢索技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)自動答疑模塊。隨后，文章對全文檢索理論作了深入的研究，結(jié)合答疑系統(tǒng)的需求，依托不同檢索理論的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在詳細(xì)設(shè)計檢索算法和流程并定義了索引文件的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了一個相對獨(dú)立的全文檢索包，用以實(shí)現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)支持的多種答疑材料(不同文件格式)的全文檢索。通過對該全文檢索包的調(diào)用，論文還給出了自動答疑及不良信息評定的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)，并結(jié)合北京交通大學(xué)教學(xué)支撐平臺的使用特點(diǎn)對自動答疑在平臺中的管理機(jī)制作了探索和具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文最后，給出了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果及分析總結(jié)，并
